Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we only ship within Australia at this stage so international customers will have to hold tight for now! 😄. We do hope to ship internationally in the future, so keep an eye out for when that day arrives. 👀

Do you ship to New Zealand?

Not yet, we currently only ship within Australia. New Zealand is absolutely at the top of our radar when we do start shipping internationally though, so watch this space! 😄

Can you ship to a parcel locker?

Yes we can! 👍. Simply enter your parcel locker address at checkout and we'll have no trouble shipping it there.

Why has my order been sent to Sydney before being delivered to me in Canberra?

Great question! All of our orders are sent to the AusPost distribution centre in Sydney before being forwarded on to their delivery addresses. This adds approximately 1 business day for customers in the ACT. We use this process due to the high volume

Can I pick up my order from the warehouse?

Unfortunately we don't offer order pick ups directly from our warehouse. 🙂. We receive a high volume of orders on a daily basis and have streamlined our shipping process to get orders out the door as quickly as possible, allowing pick ups in person
