Why has my order been sent to Sydney before being delivered to me in Canberra?Updated 5 days ago

Great question! All of our orders are sent to the AusPost distribution centre in Sydney before being forwarded on to their delivery addresses. This adds approximately 1 business day for customers in the ACT.

We use this process due to the high volume of orders we now receive. The Sydney AusPost DC has the capacity to sort larger volumes more efficiently.
