Yes we can! 👍 Simply enter your parcel locker address at checkout and we'll have no trouble shipping it there.

Don't have a parcel locker yet? They're free to set up and great if you're not home during the day:

1. Create a free MyPost account at auspost.com.au (or in the AusPost app).
2. Search for a parcel locker location near you. They're at post offices, shopping centres and petrol stations across Australia.
3. Once registered, you'll get your own parcel locker address. It looks something like this:

4. Enter that address (exactly as shown in your MyPost account) as your shipping address at checkout.

Collecting your parcel

When your order arrives, Australia Post will text and email you a unique code. Just head to the locker, enter the code, and grab your parcel. You'll have 48 hours to collect it.

What if I miss the 48 hour window?

No stress at all as your parcel won't be sent back straight away. Australia Post will move it to a nearby post office (usually the one closest to your locker) and send you a notification with the new pickup location. You'll then have around 10 business days to collect it with photo ID before it's returned to sender.
