How do I swap products in my subscription?Updated 5 days ago
To swap a product in your subscription, log into your online account and follow these steps:
- Navigate to My Account → View your next order
- Select "Manage this subscription"
- From here you'll be able to swap your current product for a different one
While you're in there, you can also reschedule your next order, change your delivery frequency and add or remove products 🙂
Important note: your subscription does not automatically create a website account, as these run on two separate platforms. Please create an account using the same email address you used at checkout to link everything together.
