HOW DO I RESCHEDULE MY NEXT SUBSCRIPTION ORDER?Updated 19 hours ago

If you'd like to reschedule your existing subscription order, you'll need to access your online account. 

Please note: your subscription does not automatically create an account on our website (as these are two different platforms).

To access your subscription for cancellations, and changes, please create a new account using the same email you used for your subscription.

This ensures your subscription account and our website account are linked to make changes 🙂

Navigate to 'My Account > View your next order'. On this page, select the 'Manage this subscription' option (see the highlighted sections in the image below for reference):

Here, you'll be able to reschedule the date which your next subscription order will be delivered. On this page, you can also edit the order's delivery frequency, add or remove the products in your subscription order (see the highlighted sections in the image below for reference):
