To cancel your subscription, you'll need to log into your online account.

Important note: your subscription does not automatically create a website account, as these run on two separate platforms. To access your subscription, please create an account using the same email address you used at checkout. This links your subscription to your website account so you can make changes easily. 🙂

Once you're logged in, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to My Account → View your next order
2. Select "Manage this subscription"
3. From here you'll be able to cancel your subscription

While you're in there, you can also reschedule orders and add or remove products from your subscription at any time.
