We have a Lifetime Happiness Guarantee, which means you have literally forever after placing your order to request a return if you're unhappy with it. Yes, forever. We're that confident.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. To start a return, contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We're only human and occasionally make mistakes! If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. We'll also make sure to fire the responsible party (unless it was us) and unfriend them on Facebook. 😄

Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
