Why is there no oxygen absorber in my packet?Updated 13 days ago

Each packet of our biltong includes a small oxygen absorber sachet. It's there to help keep your meat snacks fresh, and it's clearly not for eating (please don't consume it). 😄

What if my packet doesn't have one?

First, have a good look as the sachet is small and can sometimes be tucked into a fold of the meat snacks or stuck to the inside of the bag.

If it's genuinely missing, please don't eat the biltong. Without the oxygen absorber, we can't guarantee the product has stayed fresh the way it should.

Get in touch with us with your order number, the best before date on the packet, and a quick photo, and we'll sort you out with a replacement. 🙂
