WHAT IS A "BILTONG STEAK"?Updated 2 days ago

After you’ve air dried your marinated steak, you’re left with a large chunk of solid, dry meat. This is known as a “biltong steak” 🥩

Although it can be eaten like this — most people tend to find it a bit easier to slice it into pieces and eat it that way. 

Cutting biltong against the grain of the meat will also make it easier to chew.
