In our droëwors, we use a blend of wild kangaroo and organic beef brisket, sliced into convenient bite-sized pieces.

The kangaroo keeps the protein content incredibly high, while the beef brisket adds the natural fat and flavour that makes our droëwors so delicious. No sugars, no preservatives just real ingredients. 🙂
