Yes! All of our biltong flavours and our all beef meat sticks are made with halal certified beef.

(Psst, BTW we're biltong, not jerky! Biltong is air-dried rather than smoked/cooked like jerky, which is part of why it tastes so much better. 😏 But we know that's what some of you call it, so we'll answer either way!)

The one exception is our kangaroo meat sticks. These are made with wild harvested kangaroo, which isn't processed according to halal principles, so they're not considered halal.
