Our beef is 100% organic, grass fed and grass finished Australian beef, sourced from certified organic suppliers including OBE Organic, Australia's oldest organic beef company, and Arcadian Meat Co. The organic certification sits with our cattle suppliers, who are audited by independent third party certifiers.

The spices and vinegar we use are not certified organic. The organic claim applies to the beef.

What about animal welfare?

There's no separate "welfare certificate" as such. Animal welfare standards are audited as part of the organic certification our suppliers hold. Beyond the paperwork, we've personally visited the farms we source from to see the living conditions ourselves before choosing our suppliers. Our cattle live on pasture, forage freely, and are never given hormones or antibiotics. We only work with regeneratively farmed sources, farming that gives back to the land through better carbon capture and water retention.
