HOW DO I UPDATE MY PAYMENT DETAILS?Updated 19 hours ago

If you'd like to update your payment details, you'll need to access your online account. 

Please note: your subscription does not automatically create an account on our website (as these are two different platforms).

To access your subscription for cancellations, and changes, please create a new account using the same email you used for your subscription.

This ensures your subscription account and our website account are linked to make changes 🙂

Once in your account, navigate to 'Address & payment details' (see yellow highlighted section in images below for reference):

Here, select the 'Manage payment methods' option to update your payment details (see yellow highlighted sections in images below for reference):
