HOW DO I SWAP PRODUCTS IN MY SUBSCRIPTION?Updated 19 hours ago
If you'd like to swap the products in your existing subscription order, you'll need to access your online account.
Please note: your subscription does not automatically create an account on our website (as these are two different platforms).
To access your subscription for cancellations, and changes, please create a new account using the same email you used for your subscription.
This ensures your subscription account and our website account are linked to make changes 🙂
Navigate to 'My Account > View your next order'. On this page, select the 'Manage this subscription' option (see the highlighted section in the image below for reference):
Here, you'll be able to swap out your current product for a different product. On this page, you can also reschedule the order, edit the order's delivery frequency, add or remove the products in your subscription order (please see the highlighted section in the image below for reference):
